A Little About Nedra: Nedra hails from the glorious Santa Ynez Valley, where her Arabian Riding Academy program thrives under the auspices of the world-renowned Om El Arab. Her love and enthusiasm for Arabians make her an invaluable asset for newcomers to the breed. Through her vibrant social media presence, she reaches thousands of viewers, showcasing her talented youth riders and Arabian horses.

Cancer Diagnosis & Where We Are: On March 1st, Nedra began experiencing inexplicable hemorrhaging from her uterus. Despite her primary doctor’s unavailability, a caring ER doctor stepped in, advocating for urgent care. On March 24th, Nedra received the diagnosis of Stage 3 Uterine Cancer. We are immensely grateful to that proactive doctor for expediting her care. Currently, Nedra awaits the results of her CT scan while trying to schedule an emergency hysterectomy.

Why We Need Help: In addition to unexpected medical bills, Nedra was too ill to teach her revenue-generating Spring Break Camp and is currently unable to accept deposits for her revenue-generating Summer Camp. She is issuing refunds but faces a significant financial setback during this critical time of the year.

Current Plan: Nedra’s priority is healing, closely followed by her commitment to keeping the children riding and the horses healthy. Her drive is to return to what she loves most: teaching kids and working with her beloved Arabian horses.
